Be a Part of the Celebration!
Commencement is a special time where we join together to celebrate the achievements of our students. It is very important for them to see their teachers and mentors at their graduation ceremony.
All ladder-rank faculty, adjunct professors, visiting faculty, lecturers, and supervisors of teacher education are invited to attend and participate in the faculty procession. Arrangements have been made to provide free academic dress to those who require it.
The ceremonies will be held on the Pierce Lawn, east of the Bell Tower. Please visit the Schedule page for ceremony dates and times.
Ph.D. hooding will occur ateach of the college's individual ceremonies, therefore, if you will be hooding a Ph.D. candidate, please plan to attend his/her corresponding ceremony. Check the commencement schedule for the correct date and time.
If you will not be hooding a Ph.D. candidate, please plan to attend your college's ceremony.
